Now that you hate Semujju for not joining lawmakers who are lazy not to read Budget they pass where that service award was passed. You mean NuP MPs were absent when Parliamentary commission was passing 200M for vehicles, multiply by 520Mps. You mean Ugandans in Cancer institute and other hospitals were well facilitated then? Besides,who else among NuP MPs returned money apart from Kagabo in the 40Million bonanza? Don't put our treasured brains on holiday. Remember State House spends 2 Billions daily 😮 and for Many years. We are here beating each other because of a legal service award of 500M. Remember learning is Voluntary and neither infectious

As long as Semujju cannot call out Mpuuga publicly or in private for a moral wrong of allocating yourself a service award - then calling out the president or any other MPs holds no water. It’s only common sense Wrong is wrong whether done erroneous or under the law. You mention Museveni spending 2bn per day, just like Mpuuga allocated himself a service award - that’s the same way Supplementary budgets are passed for state house so you can’t call out M7 and say Mpuuga ‘s money was allocated under the law and it was okay but M7 should be called out.

@@kuteesanyanzi6380 otukoya we are tired of NUP this NUP that this is not a NUP issue some of us dont care about those political parties we just want services. Even if it was just 100M that was stolen its still theft, you people are telling us it was passed by parliament but that doesnt make it right. Apartheid was law but was wrong. Slave trade was law but was not right. It was therefore upon Mpuuga to determine what was right and wrong. He chose to be greedy.
