Building the Minelayer into the tank is a wonderful idea. This way you don't need to waste a valuable mech slot but still get the bonus of mines.

Spawn Protection on a Lance that enters the fight after the battle has already started is such crap. I'm sorry but if you enter a fight that has already started, you should expect to be immediately hit by something.

I agree. I recently tried dropping mines on the red drop zone before the enemy lance dropped, to see if they would take damage upon dropping, but no dice. I do see an enemy drop occasionally where the battle armor is nearly destroyed for some reason.

The jump booster will be doable in the Disco Jager. You gain some tonnage dropping the 1 heavy JJ to fit the booster which would allow you to add an active probe to replace the one you take out. Arguably, more heat sinking would probably be a better useage for the extra tonnage though.

Does the Predator STACK with the Optics? If so, that would be a +7 Accuracy at extreme range? And the Recon for a +9 Accuracy? That can not be right . . right? Then 3x Clan ER Large Pulse Lasers and . . what is that? +11? Same with AC5's and Precision Ammo?

Couldn't you spare the double heat sink on the kheper? Maybe not because of engine requirements or something, I don't know, but if you could... that would solve the needing a small cockpit to get ammo (?)

No, replace the Pirate LRM with the Streak Clan. The ER Ammo means it will go to YES minimum Range as well. Which is not an issue on the Clan because that does not HAVE a minimum range.
