@Tawi06 the most recent update is module rework. now there is no more module that you can swap between your robots but now each one you have must be unlocked with different currency called modules.

I used to play the original game on mobile since launch, it's a p2w fest where skill doesn't matter that much. I hope they fixed it on this console version.

I played this game years ago and spent about a month or two grinding. I had about the max sized robot along with 2 smaller ones that I used in battle. Yes it did seem highly p2w but for me to get where I did it had some easy ways to earn stuff for free.

I was a war robot mobile player. as the most recent update there are at least 8 different currencies available : silver, gold, platinum, keys, d-gems, uggrade dorito, etc and the most recent is module currency which basically undone your past robots ugprade which took time and sometime real life money. This game might have different approach unlike the mobile version but I almost certain this would be heavy pay to win.

I platinumed armored core 6, Still waiting for PS5 PRO enhance update so that i can replay the game. This looks fantastic, either this or mecha break might be my next purchase, Hope i can overlook the bipedal mech aesthetics. I mean, armored core looks absolutely badass in comparison

Very cool idea, it’ll be able to hold up if they manage to hold back on their urge to make it pay to win as they do on mobile, but as far as things go with other mobile ports I really can’t see them doing otherwise.
