How long in dryer and what approx settling?

High on dryer for 30 minutes... or more depending on how wrinkled.... (Dryer models are different of course). I used the highest setting (3) on my iron... It seems fairly impervious, but always keep the iron moving just to be safe.

I have a report of someone over-ironing and discolored their mat... so I recommend caution with the iron. Washing in washing machine without detergent and then drying in dryer for 40+ minutes has much better results and is easier.
