"Before the dawn of civilization, there is a Kingdom that existed in the Solomon Islands. A kingdom that reigned before the discovery of the islands by explorers, traders and whalers. This kingdom has its own governing system embracing life as a sacred entity. The Kingdom has its own form of currency, but it was only built on boulders and stones in the central interior coast of the island of Malaita. Tribal hostility at the time was endured because of migration and userfactory right of ownership of land. Consequently, the members of this kingdom reinforced its men to protect the supremacy of their fame against tribes of different ethnicities within and without Malaita Island. Fierce and harsh battles were fought, tribe against tribe, however this ruling Kingdom has its own medium of restoring and building peace between the people, tribes and clans - i.e. the traditional shell money. In the midst of tribal hostility, these people then offered sacrifices and entered a passage rite that they receive blessings from their deity and bravery, confidence and aggressiveness would instil in them for the battle. In preparation for the battle they chant this song in exercise for bravery. The song is A Loloe"
