The warcry came from the motto "sempre avanti Savoia" coined at the beginning of the 1900 by Queen Margherita, perfectioned in "avanti Savoia!" a bit later. But "Savoia!" had been used since the 16th century the Savoiard regiments. The cavalry regiments used "Caricat!" followed by the regiment name (Voloire, Savoia, etc).

U do know this AC has the same speed and mobility going backwards as forwards? Do to the Italians often drove these cars backwards during assaults so the engine ate the 1st hit not the crew!

Actually i think the engine is the technical front and they drove backwards so the radiator would not eat the small arms fire and kill the engine, if you look closely the regular driving headlights are beside the radiator and the battle ones are on the rear and have covers to close them if there is small arms fire
