Idk why but I read the title as the EBR 1954 and I thought "oh no bo's gone to the dark side" the EBR 1963 is still bad but its better than the EBR 1954

The EBR 1963 is just the RU 251 but worse in every single way. What made the EBR 1954 so overpowerd was the combination of fast turret travers, hard hitting gun and super fast autoloader. The EBR 1963 does not have any of these features and you can get the same gun on simmilar armored cars with a better reload at the same BR in multiple tech trees (including the french tech tree).

idk why, but bo's refusal to deal with the t-34 and t-29 in the most effective way, and rather waste several shots annoyed me. with heat shells always hit the right turret cheek (technically the tanks left one) to blow up the ammo and kill it instantly. they're the same as the Pershings in that respect
