The secret to killing a KV-2 is being the second tank it encounters.

I was in a KV-2 once and I fought a M-10, panzer 4 G and StuH who ambushed me in an alleyway and I killed all three of them while only losing 1 of my crew. With an average reload of 40 sec, my "support" having an IQ of 0.5, and one failed flanking maneuver by the enemy it was a 2 minute long battle filled with significant emotional events, desperate wiggling, a torn off leg, and a turret ring that needed duct tape and WD-40 for repairs. Best of all I have the video evidence to prove it. The secret to killing a KV-2 is to make sure you take him out with one shot.

@@DocLeQuack Yes but they are mods for light tanks meaning you don't need spawn points,and even if they get shot down they can be reloaded at capture points (their words) meaning that light tank players basically get free slow CAS to use over and over throughout the match. So yes small payload (basically 2 agm's) but the light tank gets to just hide behind a build,pop the drone up with its thermal and what not,try to get 2 agm kills,and either get shot down or crash the drone,reload it at a capture point,and repeat.

As someone who pilots the SB-2M in War Thunder quite a bit, I can confirm that it is quite heavy on the Russian Bias side of things, it's 100 pound bombs have the same blast radius as a German 500 pound bomb (One 100 pound bomb can take down 7 Patrol Boats with the blast radius and decompression) and it's practically unkillable if the pilot knows what they're doing, along with it being seemingly invisible (I flew past the entire enemy team within 2 kilometers of them and none of them saw me on several occasions, while I was at the same altitude as them)

Actually actually bought I found a tactic for stealth bombing you just come in at a decent angle turn off all your engines and just basically no engines how many they can't detect which angle you come from unless they previously spot you or they're tracking where you're moving and you're about to drop on them but if you can do it just right you can drop a bomb right on them and then get away then once you're away far enough you can turn on the end turn up the engine power again just buzz off

I recently got back into WT and grinded to 7.3 in Russian tanks and as much fun as the BMP1 is, dying instantly to tanks you never saw gets old quick.
