In hindsight, the battlefield in the vid may have been armies v armies only. If thats the case, it could be not a war crime and nukes are fair game...

Once i played a 7.7 match in Frozen Pass, and i got 11 kills and 3 points captured, we were losing and that was my last spawn, and as we were about to lose i killed a Batchat and spawned in the Jaguar, and everyone in the chat, even the enemies were rooting for me to drop that nuke, i loved that match, yet i still got second place in the team for some reason.
