@@jPlanerv2 It's an old game, but Ring of Red had a lot of similar mech designs. It was however a combined arms strategy game, not a 3rd person action like this. Each unit on the field was a mech + three 5-man infantry squads in support with a variety of types from rifles, to engineers, medics, etc. One squad would ride the mech and act as the crew (your named characters were the pilots though.) The other two supported from foot.

They should have the previous April fools events make regular appearances in the Events & Tournaments tab. Like, have a weekly rotation of the previous events. People who joined the game (relatively) recently would be able to play the old events, like the walkers and the OP ponies, and old players could revisit their favorite and anything they missed. Of course this would make sense so it's never gonna happen.

The Pony Beta was an absolutle blast. Not only did it allowed players to get a taste of Jets (since it used the physics of the Me-163), but it also gave way for an entire new style of gameplay who was immensely fun. The March of Victory with the walkers was also very fun, however the walkers themselves were locked behind a SP count making them difficult to get. You had to kill a bunch of tanks with your own before being able to use them. Meaning you could get badluck strike and being unable to even test them. Got a friend who basicly couldn't get them since he always got killed right before he could shot.

Next we'll see an april fools where you play as soldiers on bicycles fitted with mounted missiles and machine guns that can turn 360 degrees. Love the silent space theme. I've wanted someone to finally make it quiet for once to really sell the empty open atmosphere.

When they reused the submarine event, there was a horrible bug where aiming the submarine upward would result in submarines flying into the skies at Mach 2. I personally figured out how to utilize the bug to spawn camp by using it to outrun torpedos and land inside the enemy spawn.

Interesting feature of Space battles is each space ball had a feature to deploy grenades outwards. Some apparently said that the grenades are supposed to be used as a APS to defend against space torpedos. I couldn’t test this out but I don’t see any other reason why those grenades exist.
