Wonderfull bird, most dangerous dogfighter around it´s BR in my opinion... Used to have it with great success. But the lack of speed is often very limiting. What a nice and spectacular shooting down those two soviet planes mate :) GJ!

Silo _fx Its because people in War Thunder tend to be supreme dicks rather than hand someone the kill despite the fact that they are going to end up paying the repair either way

Great vid as always. I remember this guy from the British tree pretty well. Stoped playing the brits because of the hispanos, they are harder to use since you can't practice with tracers and the damage they do is very random. Since we're on the topic of japanese planes, why don't you fly out your favorite Japanese plane next?

The British mustang is my most flown plane and the hispanos on it are exactly the same and have been for years. It actually took me a couple years to be sure it wasn't me, and was actually the cannons. But I still love them, when they work they are devistating. Another great video bud.

do you have any solid proof that whole shells actually dont do anything kevin? or did they just nerf the avarage damage a shell does by 30% in 1.59. Which seems a lot more logical to me.

Great video and a fantastic plane. ;) The sparks of the Hispanos are so extreme. In one of my last matches i fly the SeaFury and i shot on two enemy planes. I killed this two enemys but i need about 300 rounds and the most of them hit the enemy planes. I dont know why, but i see this problem at the most times when i shooting with the Hispanos. I haven´t this problem with the MG151/20, the AN/M2(3), ShVAK/B-20, Ho-5 and so on. Only with the Hispanos...

look how many loops you have to do around that guy and how many rounds you have to shoot before you kill him at 3:56. The amount of time you spent there 99% of the time will result in enemies getting behind you and tearing you apart with 1 shot. The only scenario where this plane is good is pure 1v1 but that is a very very rare occurance. The guns on this thing are horrible. Good luck going after bombers which set you on fire with one bullet while you empty 3/4 of your magazines hoping one of the million sparkles does something regardless of the belt or convergence. Great climber but useless since it handles like crap at high altitude. which means 99% of the time your enemy has the altitude advantage. So basically have fun being a passive lurker every match and pray your guns will decide to kill your enemy before his friends gang up on you. Gaijin did soemthing to the spitfires. I remember I used to be a complete menace with them but these days they're pretty horrible. It feels masochistic to play this craft even after managing to generally score 3kills/ battle in RB. I did manage to outrun a zero in it yesterday by flying at 10m above the grass...which was fun I suppose. It's a pretty bird which flaps its wings a bit too much and doesn't know where to bite. I call her the cross-eyed lady. Personally I can't recommend you spend money on this plane. now the Russian P40-E..that's a monster and worth every penny.

imo the fact that the hispanos are p much the easiest to aim 20mms in the game (aside from AN/M2's but those are just american hispanos) does somewhat make up for their tendency to spark. Although, whenever I've taken out my p51 or spitfire mkiib they've been pretty reliable guns.

Noticed this since the addition of the p51h...Hispanos Mk II register a lot of hits only. Mk V are still ok though. I stopped playing the Brits even though they are one of my favorite team. Right now better stay with 50 cals

It does make a difference, noticeably if comparing to a stock level crew. Different aircraft should focus on different crew training; with fighters focusing on the pilot and bombers focusing on the crew. Fighters - G tolerance, Stamina (pilot), Keen Vision, Awareness, Weapon maintenance Bombers - Keen vision, Awareness, Weapon Maintenance, Number of gunners, Fire precision & Fire Accuracy, Stamina (gunners) You can skip vitality in all cases for the most part until the rest are filled up.

No 1 US prem since beta, although this plane is not as good when fighting Zero horde or when you got carrier map. Also steer clear of AAA this plane is really fragile.

The spitfire are wonderful planes but, the U.S. fw190 is better than the U.S. spitfire in almost every way, It's cheaper, has the same silver lion and RP reward modifiers and it has much better fire power and at a much lower battle rating.

limited max speeds on all alts, top speed in a dive is avarage, with wing rip potential, compression is real from 450 km/h already, and the hispano's sparkle a lot.. you have to sideclimb and make sure you're higher then them, then strict and disciplined boom & zoom.
