@@kyandii8981 The plus sides are Gen 2 commander and gunner thermals, dipped in the vat of Kontakt 1 (helpful against stock enemies), and 3BM42. The downsides are that it's a T-72A (Kvartz turret and 3 layer hull, the worst of the T-72's) and the engine upgrade is more or less neglected by the weight of the Kontakt 1. It's at least nice for the gen 2 thermals in a 9.7 lineup as a backup, or a potential first take on night maps. In short: It's basically the equal to other nations tier VI premiums, the only difference is the illusion of armor in the forum of a T-72. It's a fairly decent tank provided you know how to play top tier (but lets be honest, we know many of the people who bought it don't).

I'd like to see some foreign vehicles based on the T-series. While I do believe other nations need other top tiers to fill their lines first, some future ideas (maybe even event vehicles) such as the M-84 and its many variants (maybe an original Yugo, a Serb upgrade, or a Croatian upgrade) or something Polish like the PT-91. Possibly the Iraqi Lion of Babylon at tier V. Lots of neat ideas to pick from.

This tank is arguably my favorite tank. Well worth the the money I spent. May not have as good armor as the 72B but its mobility is better and the thermals are phenomenal. The weaker armor IMO is worth the tradeoff.

Not like it matters right now anyway, with the amount of 2A6 you see it doesn’t matter how much armour you have, not even the B3 or T90 can survive... when the 2A6 hype dies down a little this tank will be even more fun

I bought both, they are both good tanks the T-55 gets missles and the turms has great thermals and decent armor. I dont know what to recommend i personally do better with the turms but i guess its down to play style. If you are inexperienced at high tier play i recommend the T55 since its 8.3 and deals with less cancer than the turms 9.7 ranking.
