Alas, poor Jay rolling a Natural 1 on Perception, never found Garona before she DID actually leave... when she was, in fact, just standing next to one of the farms, about two inches from the ruins of her cage, the whole time. Happens to the best of us. Of course, Jay trying to box-select to find her was never going to work, because the player doesn't actually control her. EDIT: And yes, Garona is currently still alive. She's still working with the Uncrowned, the Rogue order from the Legion expansion. Her most recent sighting was during the Orc Heritage questline, where the Kosh'arg festival is revived, and a new rite of passage for Orcs created, and the Orc Player officially chooses one of the currently-active Orc Clans to officially join, also receiving a banner toy they can use to wear their clan's banner on their back. Garona herself, during the festival, where she can be seen simply mingling, receives an invitation to join the current iteration of the Shattered Hand, which continues to serve as the Orcs' clan of spies and assassins. Having never actually had a clan herself, being a half-orc and being discriminated against for most of her life over it, she's honestly pleasantly surprised at the development, and while no confirmation is given, is vocally leaning toward accepting the offer.

The lord outpost is a reference to an ingame reference in wow of something happening at a blizzcon (around the cata add on). At this blizzcon devs introduced the new leaders of the dwarves, the council of the three hammers.(reps of the three major clans co-ruling). The representative of the wildgammers was some nobody (or at least I can't remember who) and an audience member spoke up about it at the panel afterwards and asked if that shouldn't have been falstad. The devs then put an npc (dwarf with a red shirt, 'cause he wore that at the time) named "wildhammer historian" (I think) next to falstad in the throne room to commemorate the incident. Fun times

Garona is still alive in current lore. She showed up in Legion for the Rogue class Order Hall as a leader of the Rogue faction The Uncrowned.

Lmao I'm now imagining Jay rewatching the entire video to see what happened to Garona (who literally walked two steps and stood next to a farm 37:50). Such an unintentional troll. You can also see her casually walk away at 39:40 while you were focusing on fighting. Btw love to see best pals Kurdran and Sky'rie making an appearance in the campaign.

Poor High Elves and Wildhammer Dwarves in Hinterlands can't catch a break away from the Horde. I wonder how the Wildhammer Clan is doing in the Twilight Highlands since Hinterlands was attacked at the time?

I already covered Tharbek before so no need to repeat(we know he's jealous a-hole). The bit about wildhammer ferrocity was also told/shown in the teaser by varok(as utok told about orc clans, and main guy of lorecraft spoke about human kingdoms). Both dwarves and elves have their own tech tree(their cpts are thanes) and unique casters(wildhammers get a druid-like, who can morph into owlbear of all critters), I'd be curious about those in the human campaign. Still on dwarves, only dark irons had riflemen(called grenadiers) as ranged option iirc. Come now, orcesses(?) were always shown as buff like their male counterparts but less bulky, what did you expect? I think she lives this thru. Ooooh, tyr's hand next, prepare for a few laughs and sighs of relief(or frustration, not sure how Jay would actually react to the changes done).

I'm not sure it was a good idea to make Garona being released without giving the player control of her... and she just runs away less than a minute later ? Even if, unlike Jay, the player does see her, I don't see much point to her being here at all. Unless she's super powerful, but we didn't get to see that. Maybe she has to be here and she has to survive for lore reasons in WOW...
