Thanks for your support! Can recount all the memories we've made throughout the various expansion time periods of this franchise, and it's been a marvelous journey. I'm still partial to the "original lore" which I believe is from Warcraft 3 and TBC/Wrath which I believe was meant to be Warcraft 4 (along with Legion). It truly is the greatest game ever made due to the incredible creativity & design by the developers & writers of that bygone era, with iconic character moments, cinematics, voice acting and music. As I watched i couldnt help but to picture how easy it would be to fill in some gaps with little interactions with characters, and turned into a show. They need to pull a Peter Jackson and stay true to the source though. I'd make it mandatory for animators to watch this, and recreate these shots almost exactly. The in-between would be shots of the actual journey to get there, giving fan service with good renders of the zones and some references. Maybe lingering in some places longer for exposition (as long as it wasnt too heavy handed)

the Alternative/Additional Campaign in Frozen Throne expansion with Rexxar doing all kinds of quests in Durotar was the original World of Warcraft you start to level up, you have access to a big chunk of Durotar and you do all this as the construction of Orgrimmar is going on, you do many different quests while the main quest line is the quests you get from Thrall and you get different items while leveling up, this is where they came up with the idea of World of Warcraft as an MMORPG.

The movie we got was great but it wasn’t their strongest story. Imagine a trilogy called Frostmourne and the films are 1: The Rise of the Lich King, Part 2: The Might of the Scourge(or The Curse of the Blade), Part 3: The Frozen Throne. Part 1 starts in the stables with Invincible and ends when Arthas gets Frostmourne and abandons his men to head off into the snowy wastes of Northrend. Part 2 he comes home, raises an army and marches on the elves and dalaran. He starts to lose control and must fight his way to escape back to Northrend. Part 2 ends when he puts on the helm of domination and takes his seat on the throne. Part 3 is all about Tirion reforging the Order of the Knights of the Silver Hand and recruiting new members for the expedition as well as the ebon blade in order to stop Arthas. Ends the same as the end of raid cinematic for ICC but gives a bit more detail thereafter regarding the world and how it is returning to normal. Always god to hear. Warcraft has a very rich lore. And I’d say Warcraft 3 towards Wrath is the best and more faithful, along with the gem of an expansion that was Legion. I guess that was truly Warcraft 4. Early BFA was also memorable. A dream to one day see Warcraft hit the big screen as a true trilogy! Arthas and Legion story deserve it.

I had no idea Illidans path was so wrought with goodness, despite his awful deeds. And to lose both the Druid thing AND Tyrande to his brother had to sting.

Warcraft and wow all under 5 hours? Kinda surprised tbh, I'm guessing this doesn't cover absolutely every detail? Haven't watched yet, probably will answer a lot. Insane work this must have taken. Keep it up bro

this makes me so sad that the arthas storyline got the most anti climatic ending in shadowlands

Hurts more when you realize the Arthas storyline was the major reason Warcraft 3 is remembered so fondly. All the way till Wrath, which I guess we can consider Warcraft 4 (Wrath, TBC and maybe Legion). Illidan was also quite popular from Warcraft 3 and he at least got a better ending with Legion after TBC. Poor Kael’thas though.

It's just a new wave of "game design majors" kids that have no love or loyalty to the franchise, and do the hip new trend of "subversion" without having an inkling on what they're doing. This is when the unworthy is given the role to something they have little care or passion for. It's practically non-canon.

The sad thing about Arthas is though that there is not much to redeem. He made the choices he made willingly and freely like Garrosh also did. Whereas Illidan and Sylvanas were forced.

Is there a part two for the rest of wow stuff? this was awesome

You should consider using the some of the remastered cinematics that have been made such as the wrathgate one by IKedit, if they were ok with that ofcourse.

Great video! For the future it would be nice to have some nametags or something please? I got confused sometimes by the 50 different looks of Thrall, or most humans except Varian maybe. Loved it, will continue to the more specific videos!

I love that canonicly my characters have been resurrected by king terenas. Story-lore wise that'd have been our only ressurection and a huge deal but oh well herp derp memories are neat. anyway dude ty, you rock for consistently making these

Thank you for your support! This is a compilation of what is considered the "original" lore and wraps up the arcs of Warcraft 3 nicely, through TBC and Wrath. Although I still wish we could've gotten a Warcraft 4. One day perhaps. And maybe we see Warcraft hit the big screen in true movie format.

@@Athelarius i actually really enjoyed the Warcraft movie- the changes made 'movie-goer' sense and it looked damned good - still does, heck.
