pretty sure he managed to build heroes before teching in the first vid, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that he forgets it and implements non-existing tech requirements or similar stuff. Then again, this seems to be a common thing amongst youtubers/streamers that do live commentary, so I guess they have that as an excuse...

@43:00 this is basically why I don't play multiplayer games anymore. It's nothing but a psychological war of toxic players to the point where it's not really fun. It'd be one thing if the online mods/admins did something about it, but most don't seem to have a care in the world. So for that, I just have fun with single player games. At least then I don't have to constantly deal with shite players. You do fine Wtii, though I doubt 80% of your audience even realizes that it's much harder to read and focus on the game AND provide entertaining commentary when they only have to watch.

This map has potential, but it has a huge imbalance problem caused by the shorter attack cooldown on all units without re-scaling every other stat (for most stats it wouldn't even be possible tbh, like movespeed, spellcasting speed, etc). Frontline units are worse because they die too quickly. Melee units included. Casters are shitty since they cast one spell while units attack multiple times in that same time span, and they can't possibly cast enough spells since they die before that. Ranged dps units are OP, they're like glass canons but there's nothing better to mass. I wish the mapmaker would fix this bullshit.

You can adjust those stats. Many custom games do it. Just takes more effort to do it and a lot of map makers on WC3 are pretty lazy, so copy/paste or vanilla stats it is. There are some that are VERY good though and I give them all the credit in the world. Sometimes they don't mess with it because it'll be hard to balance it, like, reducing polymorph CD on Sorcs. That would basically be a free win for Human, to mass sorcs and make their whole army useless.

I've been watching for a while now and I used to comment about your mistakes. I don't do that anymore but this video is a prime example why you get the reactions you do. Both you and your chat have the same mentality "I'm right, you're wrong.". And if it turns out either of you is actually wrong, you just deflect "oh, it's irrelevant/ should we ban "x" / Omegalol / 4head (or what ever else chat types)" I don't know what it's like to stream and deal with chat but it seems obvious, from almost every one of your videos, that you're not helping your own situation.
