Warcraft 3 FT Hard Alliance 5 - The Gates of the Abyss

When the mission start training units to delay the demons attack & grab the ressurection scroll.
When the gate is closed build a town hall to exploit the 2nd gold mine defend your base against a rush then
send your units to destroy the orange base with Illidan's chaos type & a turtle.
It should be easy as long as you focus the ennemy's barracks while you're doing this counter the red dragon attacking your base with a myrmidon don't mind the towers & the burrows.
You did it ? Great save the game grab the items in the draenei's base ( Which i didn't).
Here's the following strat for the next 3 gates :
-Place a lot of towers to protect your base while all your units are used to defend Illidan.
-Place 10+ Tower in front of the gate use at least 4 builders to repair/build them
-Near each gate there's some barrel with items some can change the fight during the 3mn.
-Use frost armor & inner fire (Naga siren + Priest)
At some point you'll need to gather the 3rd gold mine ( Orange base ) between 2 & 3 gates.
Don't even try to destroy the orc's base the dragons will crush you in a second.
There's a hood of cunning next to the eredar warlock + A manual of health next to the infernals breaks the cages they actually contains draenei.

IStead of jsut building those towersat 25:00, why didnt u created turtles and laid wate to the orc bases by then ?

The Purple base is ezpz even with tons of dragons. A full pop of fully upgraded Frost Wyrms is better than a full pop of Lvl 10 Dragons because they are more numerous.

+Victor Zheng Normally I ignore comments like this but the amount of wrong here so much that I must say something. Have you played on a map where Dragons are buyable by players? Because this is flat out bad logic. You say Frost Wyrms are the superior unit? Then explain why Level 10 Dragons are highly sought after by every single race when a Dragon Roost exists, even by Undead players? I dont wanna hear anything around the lines of "Its because Frost Wyrms take so long to tech up," because games do last long enough for Undead to mass them. Frost Wyrms rarely see play in 1v1 games and decent play in FFA games. Dragons are a coveted asset to have for any player due to their Chaos Damage and Heavy Armor Type coupled with spell immunity, making them effective against all units. Frost Wyrms as of the latest update cant even attack Dragons and yet they are better despite this handicap? Frost Wyrms vs Dragons comparison is extremely skewed. Choosing Wyrms forces the Undead to tower up and creep with their Tier 1 Units whilst upgrading and building Boneyards to train flyers which are still vulnerable to the most common anti-air damage types (magic and piercing). Dragons on the other hand sport lots of Heavy Armor which on the surface makes their resistances similar to melee units yet differs as well in that their Magic immunity completely eliminates any weakness to Magic damage, normally good against Heavy Armor. What advantages do Frost Wyrms have? Freezing breath and slowing effect. Their splash damage isnt even that high. Side-by-side comparison, Dragons not only have better resistances and damage type, but also are a lot more durable, move slightly faster, and deal larger splash damage, all of which short of the extra food cost, make them better in every single way than Frost Wyrms. Sorry, but its pretty clear which of these 2 flyers is the better unit overall. This is before taking into account Devour ability and the possibility that the Dragons could be Blue Dragons, which also possess cold breath. Dragons are a coveted treasure regardless of the faction and Tier and are well worth their cost. Frost Wyrms on the other hand are too fair of a unit to be even considered for rebalancing.
