In this video I play WMW Reborn. The objective of this game is to defend your base with towers and send units to break through your opponent's mazes. The first team to leak 25 units loses.

@@uyhawirt nope... after the update to reforge, the warcraft program is unstable. desyncs, crashes and buggy. windows just "oh he went to sleep" meanwhile blizzard gets a crash report

I personally like looping into my allies maze without conflicting with it. Deals the most damage for both players and it has the longest maze if the unit has a specific point it needs to go. You need to factor in unit regen when you go past upper beings since the game caps certain amounts of hp.

You need to use your 2nd race for slow poison, if you random you automatically get 1 race with slow poison

Nice reminder that this map exists. It would have been even easier for you, if you built your maze with 50% of the or race units (starting with grunts). Later you can upgrade them to units with slow (as you've seen the blademasters on the other side).

go for the full size maze in WC3 and its a race to Lag/desync. this map is one of reason why i want Reforge, btw the dragon roost upgrade is locked by you main summoning building

Anyone who knows how to play this map against AI?

no way to play against ai. it can't be implemented either. few reasons, 1. the npc engine is already use for mob pathing 2. npc tend to follow a template/script so its easy to figure out. DotA is most obvious example of NPC limited by the engine. if you play Dota 2, you find the NPC slightly better than TFT Dota

How come your chose not to spiral with powerful towers in the middle like you do in your Wintermaul One video for a few weeks ago? Don't you lose a lot of gold doing rows back and forth with the cheaper towers?

My builder's powerful towers were all long enough range in this that the design of the maze did not matter. The purpose of the spiral is to maximize the amount of time that your strong towers can hit units but when the range is large enough that can be ignored.

@@ZeusesCloud Interesting comment and thanks for the reply! I'm also assuming that because this is WMW and not just WM that your endgame income is so high that the cost of the "level 1" towers isn't relevant. So you'd rather have more towers and potentially longer pathing than the benefits of a spiral which has the main benefit of using space more efficiently with less towers.

The units have a checkpoint that they have to go to (the white snow patch) before they can head to the ship at the top middle.

yo if youre trying to build mutiple towers press the tower so its ready to place but hold shift while your placing them and itll make a queue instead of pressing build hot key then tower hotkey for everyone you can just do it once and hold shit and place as many towers as you want with 1 click

I explain why I don't use shift click in the video 8:36. The reason is that if you use shift click with auto completing buildings your builder waits for every building to complete before moving on. It ends up being around 50% slower to use shift click.
