This has gotta be the hardest one to kill all the enemy bases. For a long time I was convinced it was effectively impossible. But you proved otherwise! I even made a custom version of the map where the Naga bases were accessible by ramps and was unable to kill them even with armies, the best I did was kill one base then run out of gold.

Looks like you did the unthinkable once again. There are two challenges remaining. The first is to kill the Druid of the Claw perched on the cliff in the topright of the map in ROC Night Elf Mission 5. The second is to kill the 2 scurvy pirates on the island to the North in the first Prologue campaign. And there's the Secret Level in the Alliance Campaign in TFT where Garithos attempts to destroy the portal to Outland. Wonder if its possible to destroy that base.

I just booted up those levels and looked around. It looks impossible in each instance. On the bonus Blood Elf level, there's an invisible wall that stops your units from walking through the opened castle gate. No fault in your being curious, though.

@@PoochieCollins Its also impossible to kill all the creeps in the Tomb of Sargeras when Maiev has to escape.

@@spectre9065 : I actually found out you can kill them all due to a weird trigger: if you don't beat the timer, you only restart the escape sequence. If I recall, the enemies respond to, but you could remember who you killed and do them all in a few runs. It's impossible to kill them all within one timer cycle otherwise, yes.

@@spectre9065 : I mean that the creeps do reset. I decided to just remember which ones I've already killed, and properly escaped once I killed every creep at least once. At face value it's weak that the escape leg of the level just resets if you don't get out in time, but it lets you do the neat exercise of killing the creeps.

Watching this I realized the Hipprogryphs and Glaive Throwers you receive don't cost any income (and therefore it doesn't change when they get killed).

Woulda been a bit easier if Maiev had collected all the tomes in the preceding missions. She's missing at least 5 intelligence. Other stats add up. Tomes in the northwest of Mission 2, have to reveal with owl sentry and blink up, islands of mission 1, scattered around mission 3.

if you take all tomes and mana items in previous missions you can have ~750 mana + 2 mana stones here. it's useful to unequip the +150 mana item before sucking at moonwells and equip it after, for more mana restored. Maiev might be an agility hero, but she sure wants all the mana she can get.

Impossible. The map is scripted in a way that if you try to defeat Tichondrius before Illidan absorbs the Skull, he teleports your troops away.

No, you can't kill Tichondrius. He "gets tired" of your troops (or something like that) and teleports your troops away before you can cause significant damage. The one that resurrects all the time is Mal'ganis.

I do the same thing, eating the trees in the middle and defending both directions with 1 set of structures. The starting setup, defending 2 directions, is stupid.

Well I guess this is impossible to do in Reforged since now you don't have an access to this part of the map where Infernal drops from the sky, only Maiev can blink there, so you wouldn't have help of any of your troops, including Glaive Throwers.

it's possible, with loads of glave throwers. Tyrande heals A LOT and fast, it's some trigger when she's low hp

@@tickoman273 I mean, I can destroy her buildings and army with glaivethrowers, but it seems impossible to kill Tyrande. She will always heal up when the HP is low. And the undead will stop attacking when she has no army left

You are wrong, I am trying to do this on my own and I have exact the same skills and there is no use of 1s blink, but FoK is really good to kill nagas (to create spirits)

Spike, not sure if you watched the latter part of the video where OP takes out the second Naga town? He was using the hero as the tank against the mob. I believe the enemy never runs out of money, so they can create bad guys forever until their buildings are destroyed; this heightened the importance of taking mobs down quickly.

Maiev definitely wants Level 3 fan of knives, he uses it constantly. It was the primary means of killing Naga at the north base after the Ballistas died. Way better than 1 second blink, in this case.
