Blizzard's Warcraft III is the game that started it all! Without this, we would have no MOBA genre, a much smaller MMO genre, and not to mention its influence on the RTS genre. This game is legendary, and it also happens to be one of my favorites. Released in 2002, it tells the stories of Thrall, Arthas, Jaina and Illidan among others, and sets the stage for everything to come in the future. How _is_ this so epic? I remember playing this game when I was 12, and then I'd gather up with my friends and discuss the lore, and then we'd talk about the campaigns and how cool Jaina is, and the tragedy of Arthas, and what happens to Admiral Proudmoore, and all that other stuff, and it was the best thing ever. I see Archimonde destroying Dalaran again, and shivers go down my spine yet again, despite now having the viewpoint of a present-time gamer. I can only shudder, thinking about the final cinematic of "Eternity's End" that we're going to see further in this series. That's seriously some awesome stuff... how do they do that? How does one do that? How do you get something to be so damn epic!? (Still, Tolkien is a lot more epic, but he's Tolkien, so he doesn't count.)

LumosX They have had Diablo, Diablo 2, I think, Warcraft and Warcraft 2, and StarCraft before this game. And they had some of their writers make books, and approved numerous more through READING every, single, draft. They had long learned how to grip us; they were a natural and soon become a prodigy company.

I've been playing this game in normal difficulty, and thought i'd casually beat it on hard, except it was SO much more different, so it took about 2 days to pass this mission. hardest videogame vibe check i've ever had

Ian Boddy It's the price of not following the latest trend and not following a specific pattern. You have Minecraft, you have StarCraft and Warcraft and Hearthstone, you have BioShock, you have Dishonored, you have so much variety that only those REALLY loyal to Rythian himself through an old series will watch most of those. Or happen to match up with his interests. Or both. Like myself, fitting his style along with his games, and fitting with who he himself is.

Xagerx10 Actually Archimonde was a one of the 3 leaders of the Eredar (a people known for their prowess with magic and science) who fell into the corruption of Sargeas (alongside Kil'Jaeden) and betrayed his people in return for promises of power, becoming the brains of the Burning Legion's army. However, those who followed the Prophet Valen and believed in his vision of the Eredar's downfall, realised what was coming and escaped their home-world of Argus to Draenor with the help of the Naaru and became known as the Draenei. So the Protoss are actually just space-Eredar.

There is a bunch of stuff hidden at the northeastern corner of the map in magic vaults, I think a scepter of mastery and a medallion of courage. I suppose a flying fleet and some zeppelins would give you access to there without killing the human bases. Some versions of the ending cinematic have subtitles, which translate the eredun.

thank you, for doing it the proper way. I'm honestly kinda annoyed by most let's play bullrushing enemy bases with bunch of mines, as every let's play have to show you they can screw with intended difficulty. I mean, yes - it does work but it is cheezy way

+Zucchero Klein control groups, you press control and 1 at the same time with a group selected and then when you press 1 it will select the group.
