Different sounds, even sounds humans can hear are in different ranges, I figured the Warden was tuned to specific ranges.

Tip: when wardens are nearby nearby torches and lanterns will start to flicker indicating that a warden is nearby

That's just the darkness effect sculk shriekers give off, the warden also gives this effect but its more of a blindness type thing rather than flickering. But yeah, it would have been cool if the animator added that.
