I have been hoarding shoes as I noticed my size was gettng rare. NOW, I have too many shoes. I need hard core guidance for letting go, as I know I can't just buy new shoes. What a dilemma 🤣

Goodbye 21 thrifted pieces of outerwear. Hello 30 new thrifted pieces of outerwear!! I'm a devoted lover of coats, jackets, cardigans and blazers too. I know I've got more than 44. In fact I just counted 24 blazers and I know I've got 5 trench coats. You'll get rid of them and repurchase many more. The heart has to have what it loves. Mens blazers are the best. Excellent series girlfriend. Thank you.

A blazer doesn’t count as outerwear in a place like Canada; it’s a glorified cardigan! I’d suggest keeping the black sparkly Chanel-look jacket if the fabric is comfortable. The collar would be easy to remove to just have a classic round shape at the neck. You could also have it tailored to a more cropped length if that’s an issue. It’s a timeless piece!

I’m glad that I’m not the only one with so much outerwear and live near you, Newcastle. It’s a struggle every time I window shop not to buy more as the wardrobe space prohibits and husband keeps whinging! I cannot understand how people can have sleeveless jackets though coz my coldest organs are my arms and hands.

Concerning black long coat - I would have problem with collar as well. As Emmy writes probably cutting off might help. But something is wrong with collar, not only shape, but the material as well.

Up in Brisbane i Queensland, we have GLORIOUS winters. Clear days...bright blue sky, still, twinkly sun, 10 to 24 deg (dropping cold at night at timea but most of winter is lovely... so kuch so im considering movinf south again so i can indulge MY love of outerwear!
