Theresa, have your workers wear protective gear, goggles and face masks, so they don’t breathe in particulate matter, dust, and fumes, which can cause COPD, Emphysema, asthma, “white lung disease”, and cancer. I never see guys protecting themselves when at work, guess they feel invincible. The windows look beautiful. Your outfit is very cute, but don’t know if you’ve heard, in NY, back to back storms are rolling in tomorrow and will run through next week, wind, snow, ice, slush, and rain and cold 🥶 into the teens at night and only the 20’s-30’s in the day. You’ll need to wear footwear with the weather in mind, also for your broken foot. Hospitals in the City are often overcrowded and have infectious diseases around, we don’t want you, God forbid, slipping and getting hurt additionally. Wear the sneakers, they look more NYC than the heels with that outfit. Be kind to yourself.

Theresa, please remind the care team to watch for Lemar scissoring his feet, note how his left foot turns inward almost in front of the right? I only state this because it can cause a fall.i would remind Lemar to hold his head up and look straight ahead during ambulation as well. Im not trying to be rude, just helpful. Theresa, consider some medical tape and tape your fractured toes with enough blood circulation and it will help. Good luck in New York and enjoy yourself. Hey Theresa hope you are well...just touching on that back fence that you think belongs to the neighbour....the wrong/inside of the fence which is in youre garden, its your fence hun...its rule of thumb in the UK always. the right/outside side has to be given the the neighbour ....so the fence belongs to you it seems but not sure in the US

I have heard if you "tape" your 3rd and 4th toes it is easier to walk in heels ... that might also help with stabilizing your foot if your tapes your toes

Theresa: Next time you think you might have a broken toe or two . . . you haul ass pronto to a doctor & get an anti-inflammatory injection. A doctor may inject a corticosteroid into a broken toe to reduce inflammation and pain. Certain people like myself, and it sounds like you also, besides experiencing the pain/swelling of the fracture, our bodies go into monster mode to "fight" the injury making both the injury/healing process worse and longer in duration. (I guess we're just special in that way, lucky us!!!) The injections do make a world of difference.
