FYI- vagus nerve stimulation Classically, low frequency (5-10 Hz) VNS is known to stimulate vagal efferents, Multiple studies have shown that listening to sedative music, or music with a slow tempo, leads to a decrease in blood pressure, heart rate, and respiration rate. This is likely due to the link between the ears, vagus nerve, and parasympathetic nervous system. This is why many ethnicities such as monks, Native American tribes use humming vibrations for healing. This is the largest nerve in your body to deactivate the limbic brain. This music really is good health.

Please, please bring to us an album /CD with this Hertan in it. I can't wait to purchase this. It completely fills me with love of our universe, our planet, who we come from, who we are, and our total connectedness. "Thank You"!!

Not only Hertan, but we need Lyfjaberg on an album/CD too! It's one of their best songs, and it was never made available other than MP3 I don't think. I don't have a record player, so not sure there. I hope they add Lyfjaberg to this new album, whether they re-record it or not.

I've been listening to you for YEARS and this addition fits perfectly within the Wardruna catalogue! I rather enjoyed it! I wonder though, do you ever consider Joy? You break our hearts on every song before you lift us up, like a bad boyfriend. Every song (perhaps the great majority) is about loss or death, pain, sorrow, something somber, always something somber. Even if it ends on a rebirth of sorts, a positive end, the journey you take us on to get there is always a sad and sometimes painful one. I get that you have a Death Metal background, an industry that embraces the darker edge, but surely even death metalheads like to dance and laugh on occasion out of pure Joy? I've seen metalheads smile before. I swear I have. I guess I'm mostly wondering after all these years, is it [Joy] just something you don't like writing/singing about? Is the priority a more serious conversation because there's tons of 'party music' out there? Or is it something you just aren't interested in spotlighting? I've wondered since my first album purchase of Runaljod - Gap Var Ginnunga. Does Einar reserve his Joy and laughter for his family and friends? Or will he one day invite us to a wedding feast with his music? I love Wardruna's music. I think it's a VERY important sector of modern music that carries a lot of weight for those of us that seek you out. But sometimes, it'd be nice to be invited to a birth celebration or wedding celebration rather than a funeral. Much respect, Einar.
