alrighty after watching, this is really well done! You are correct that many of the larger buildings are old warehouses while the rest are newer development On transit, I think it’s worth noting that Duluth had a funicular railway at one point, and there’s a decent set of assets for one on the workshop! Are you planning on doing a train museum at the union station like the one irl?
