This video is on topic with my previous video “sin no more”. I wanted to highlight some struggles I’ve been going through recently because I think a lot of Christians neglect to show the difficult side of this walk with Christ, but I want to be fully transparent with anyone who watches my content.
As Paul tells us in Galatians 5:17 - “For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish”.
I’ve been struggling with fighting off fleshly desires and what I realized is I was depending upon my own strength and not the power of God that I have available to me as a believer.
If you’re a believer and going through any sort've warfare I want to encourage you to lay your burdens at the foot of the cross, and to trust in Jesus and the Spirit within you to help. You don’t have to do it all alone, you have Jesus!
And for anyone watching this who Isn’t a believer, I would encourage you to seek the truth, which is Jesus - John 14:6. Start a relationship with Him today, you won’t regret it. Don’t tell yourself you can do it tomorrow or in the future, because tomorrow is promised to no one.
