Are there just anti vehicle hostiles or "normal" hostiles as well?

I think they are anti vehicle hostiles but im not 100 percent sure. Really cool expansions if you want Tanks added.

The vehicle packs come with Vehicles for your squad, and anti vehicle cards that are used as a separate deck in addition to the normal hostile deck. You pull anti vehicle cards based on their noise rating the same way you match up the reinforcement rating on locations when drawing for reinforcements.
