Hi, the reason why the description of Nova's 4th ability mentions 100% chance of restoring an additional Null Star orb is because there's a chance that the ennemy will be slain by a Null star orb in the first place. In that case, the Null Star orb would be consumed, and if the Augment didn't allow for it to replenish itself, you'd end up with 1 less orb, the Augment ending up useless. In that particular hedge-case, the augment allows for the spent Null-Star charge to replenish itself, and for the Augment to work, replenishing one on top of that. Was I clear in my explanation?

that is not the reason. its because of the wording used on the mod, when it is at 0 rank, it is a 25% chance for additional. gains 25% per ranking, so at max rank it is 100%. has nothing to do with absorbing or used starts at all. just basic english that looks funny when its at max rank but is totally normal looking when under max rank...

I wanted to try deciphering the comment so I could tell him exactly why his comment doesn't make sense, but it hurts my brain too much. I'll just say this, if you kill someone (thats primed of course or this whole thing is irrelevant) with a null star you will have spent one. The augment will replenish two, the one you just spent, plus another further one leaving you up one. If you kill someone without using a null star you will get the same two, leaving you ahead two from where you started. The 100% chance has nothing to do with replenishing anything.. I literally cannot make that make sense, just like dude that I'm replying to said... it's because the percentage chance to get a second one is lower at lower levels of the mod. No mental gymnastics required!

The reason it says 100% chance is because when the mod is not fully fused up to level 3, it's not 100% chance.

Some pointers: 1.) AMD absorb multiplier is not affected by power strength. It is however affected by certain buffs like Theorem Delucem and body part multipliers. 2.) Escape Veolicity is great for Rescue, Capture and Assassination especially when run solo. On top of that it only requires an exilus slot which is great. With team you should tell your team that you got it. 3.) AMA augment is a decent option for defense and escort missions if you have good range. 4.) If you can spare the mod capacity, Umbra Intensify is the best choice since you get to 74% slow with just one mod slot, saving you one for more important matters. Functionally there is no difference between 74% and 75% slow. 5.) DR from Nullstar applies to health only, it does not apply to shields.

It almost seems like you skipped around a bunch and missed info. 1. I clearly state that it may be a bug, and you commented 6 months after the video was posted. Things are bound to be outdated commonly in a game like Warframe. However, from testing at the time, strength did affect it, even though it was not shown in the tooltip, like I said in the video. Was doing more damage on a capped orb with strength than when I had less strength by a lot. 2. Yes I demonstrate this ability being good as a whole on the plague star build and Escape Velocity adds to it, but I tend to run my cloak wukong build to complete most rescues in under a minute. Nova is blocked by turns on maps where as wukong is a graceful cloud that does not care. Rescue targets can just be cloaked and you don't need to have them constantly next to you to complete a rescue. If you simply beat them to extraction before they die, you're fine. 3. Yes it does have this utility, however I noticed it isn't always consistent, and there are far better crowd control builds around. If you need proof of consistency, just check 6:14 when I deploy the 2nd orb, how the guy directly in front of me does not care at all. There are simply better options, even if it did work properly. 4. I never claimed my builds were the best or most optimized for every situation as stated in the intro. Thanks for the info, but I also like to use my other builds and it makes it hard to fit. 5. I don't remember saying the DR from nullstar applied to it, but adaptation does. Which I stated at 11:38

silence is also a solid pick for slowva also resonator or spectrorage for speedva is quite nice for squad or solo survival/defense farming

Good suggestions! Spectrorage gets melted in higher level content though, especially with lower strength.

Ahaha this comment made me chuckle so I went back and rewatched. I guess compared to my first video it felt more like running from a script. My Ash video was a bit more laid back and personal. They all have the same structure, but the laid back style also resulted in a longer video. The newer ones definitely feel a bit more machine gunned, faster paced. This is very apparent in the beginning when I go over stats. This was the second to last video I did before getting burnt out and taking a break. All that being said, I love helping people and bringing info to people in a complete package! Its why I started it in the 1st place. People kept asking me for my builds over and over so I figured since I have background in editing I would just do these. In all honesty, I definitely wasn’t a fan of the 3 day process for a video on top of the job I was working. But yeah thanks for the comment haha. Definitely made me take a minute and look back. I can understand why people might prefer a laid back personal feel versus a wiki being read to them at a machine gun pace. But I can also see why people might like the latter format. This gives me another thing to consider on my eventual return.
