I did some looking on the Warframe Wiki, and unfortunately the aura mod and arcane doesn't work on the diversified denial mod for hounds OR Duplex Bond for Companions. Hell it doesn't even work with Nyx's Mind control which is kind of sad. But they DO work for Nekros Minions, Caliban's Progeny, Atlas' Rumblers, hell they even work on Dante's Paragrimm and Titania's Razorwings which is wild to me. most importantly, I saw this mod and arcane and audibly shouted to my friends "NEKROS IS BACK ON THE MENUS, LADS!! US MINION BUILDS ARE EATIN' GOOD TONIGHT!!"

Many details: - you gain up to 60% power strength **on your next ability** (not mentioned by the arcane) - it only works on summons created from abilities (specters, liches, Kahl 's calls, etc don't count).

04:50 well actually you have a way to summon your lich without dying. Railjack "On Call" system, just put a Lich on your crew, assign it as your on call member and done, you can now summon it on normal missions

i have a pretty good one already. just slap nourish on his 1, use generic nekros mods, and the summoner's wrath aura. buff your summons with nourish and armor strip with terrify. they have pretty good kpm this way. don't bother with arcane camisado. it only applies to a single cast before resetting, and its movement speed bonus is very negligible. just use molt augmented and arcane blessing.

@@hawk9mm I remember using hyldrin with her blazing pillage augment, one-shotted enemies for nearly all the excavation mission. For the excavation, keep in mind that you can let enemies destroy excavators, you'll still get progress that way. For the defense, I got it first try with Hydroid and amprex, which gave me quite a lot of crowd control (and dying gave me back energy :) ). Survival I used Hyldrin and I think the Nataruk, pillage gave easy survivability and base nataruk shred well enough.

I use my Caliban with Desiccation, Desiccation's curse, a kitgun with the summons theorem arcane, innodem build for finishers as well as duplex bond on a panzer vulpaphyla. At max, you're getting 12 different minions that offer viral priming, damage, status vulnerability and armour stripping

It likely wont work with liches, as it specifies summons are conjured from warframe abilities and companions have always just been the dogs. It doesn't work with nyx's mind control or revenants thralls which induces depression.

Unfortunately the power strength buff from Arcane Camisado only applies to your next ability cast... After which your summons need to accumulate strength again. Probably fine for Caliban, but kind of a hassle for ability spamming frames like Dante.

I've been playing so much Caliban lately because of how hard they are Apologizing for his rework coming as late as it did. I got one of the Hex buffs on the calendar that increases summon and companion damage by a whopping 250% and it's at a point where I can literally AFK the tank boss in both phases and they just do it for me. I can skip the 'fire an RPG at it to deal 250,000,000 damage to the hull' part of phase 1 because some combination of my Huras kubrow and my sentients just blow it the fuck out before the guys even finish parachuting in. It's incredible.

The tooltip on Arcane Camisado is missing a piece of information. The 60% ability strength only applies to your next cast, then resets. At least there's no decay timer like, say, Vome Invocation.

You can get Liches into missions reliably by having them set as your on-call crew, but then you sacrifice having an actual crew member

Every time I see a new video of something covering minions or summons. I try remaining hopeful that will be something significant enough to help atlases Rumblers. But even with my own testing it just doesn't hold up. Especially when other players get into the mix. I've even tried boosting them with rhinos roar. And using the kit gun. Arcain. For boil. And God is it awkward. And slow try to get the maximum. So much setup. Adding armor strip. Really wish they were one of the abilities that scaled damage wise like some other abilities. Because of it actually scaled then I think it would be able to get the job done. But even with the insane amount of buffs that we've been getting lately I still feel like they're just glorified decoys or distractions. The best version I've made yet was actually utilizing volt. Using desecrate from a ninaros. Maxing out the companion so like 8:00 and then giving them the AOE. Electricity that also then scales with ability damage from the shards. And amongst other things that strip them of the armor much quicker. Because the oil counts as the attacks from the companions were on the abilities they have. And even then it's kind of gimmicky. The content I want to use it and it's just too strong. Are too slow and awkward. To try and make it fun while still enjoying company from other players.

So I don't know if he mentioned this in the video, since it's not loading for me, but it's important to note that the ability strength buff from arcane camisado is consumed upon casting an ability, and that to get the full benefit again you then need your minions to attack more things.

I just want to make sure everyone noticed, when you use 4 with the melee boys out, it insta full stacks your camisado. So caliban 4 essentially guarantees that you can just spam abilities with +60% str, or, you can use the ortholysts, and it only takes 4 seconds or so for them to max it out.

I highly recommend running energy nexus and blind rage instead of streamline/one of the umbral mods. If you're using nourish with a ton of strength like this you can just sack efficiency completely because of how much energy regen you have

We need a Kuva LIch/Sister beacon gear item that functions like on call crew that can be used to summon them in but unlike air support you dont have to craft more than one, and unlike on call crew they last until they die, THEN go on a cooldown of maybe 5 minutes. Liches and sisters do much less damage but have fun (if not buggy and often times useless) abilities. I think it would be a fair tradeoff.

Melee summons on caliban are not actually all that much dmg unless you can really amp up the str to get them to a certain lvl where they'll occasionally do the laser discoball. Even then its completely RNG when/if they'll do it. HOWEVER.... the ranged minions however, do slap. The only draw back being that you really do want to resummon them if you're moving around a lot.

4:40 liches and other gear related summons do not benefit from the arcane. Also, there is a railjack intrinsic that allows you to summon an on-call crew member, which can be a liche. From what I can tell, the arcane triggers off of anything a frame has inherently or from abilities that has a health bar, i.e. Khora (Venari), Nekros summons, Inaros (sand kavats, not beetles), and maybe Yareli (I don't have her, so can't test) all benefit. Nidus (maggots), Vauban (servos) do not work

There actually IS a way to make summoning Liches/Sisters/whatever-they-call-the-Infested-ones easier If you have a Converted Nemesis, you can assign one to your Railjack Crew (as a Defender), and assign them to be on-call crew. This means, you can use gear to summon them for a certain amount of time, without getting downed. Just thought I'd give ya that nice little tidbit for in case you wanna use it, Mr. Internet Man. Since Camisado needs the summoned ally to deal damage, I wonder about synoid heliocor and ballistics prime’s (I think it was ballistics that had the specter when killing with a charged shot). I didn’t see it activating on simulacrum (heliocor didn’t even spawn a specter and the ballistica’s specters didn’t activate the arcane) when I got them over the weekend but it could be a simulacrum thing. One thing that seems funny is that you don’t need to keep the summons. Like Blessing and Augmented, it’s a for the duration of the mission or unless you die and use a revival. Another thing I been wondering is if these two combined means that we getting Shield of Shadows Nekros back even tho damage reduction seems to have fallen out of favor for a few months now.

On the, "I wish there was a more consistent way to summon your litches" you could make a litch as a crew member and set them to "On call" so whenever you use the call you'll summon your litch on demand. And if you have more than 1 friendly litch they could also be summoned like they do as is so you could have 2 litches on the field at once.

This might make the Equinox 1 augment actually useful. It has good enough uptime that you don't need to spam it to resummon, giving the clone plenty of time to stack damage. Then Equinox actually has other abilities to benefit from the 60% power strength if it *is* per ability cast like some folks say here. Nekros is a bit sad here cuz' without an actual, like, *damage* ability to cast on his bar the power strength is a bit lacking in potency. You can't strip over 100% armor with Terrify, Desecrate doesn't care about strength, Soul Punch is what I replaced for Nourish, and Shadows of the Dead *does* scale with strength but in a way that's not as potent. So as much as I *want* to slap this on my Nekros summoner build, and while I probably *will* be doing that with both the aura mod and the arcane, I don't think it's going to be *that* good.

I read that Nyx's mind controls doesn't bc it's not a summon but, then Xaku and Revenant shouldn't work with it bc they all just seize control of existing sprites rather than really summoning new ones ....like Caliban, A Inaros with his cats or Titania with her fairies..

Out of curiosity, would using Nyx's Mind Control with Caliban, plus a on-call Lich or Spectre, and duplex hound work well enough together? I'm wanting to double up on summoning, as its a big favorite archetype of mine. I'm also curious what weapons would add to it. Would heavy rad proc. weapons add to the fantasy or would it be unneccesary? I'm also considering Ophanim Eyes, though not a full summon, it does have the vibe of a summon.
