Instead of casting your 4 followed by your 2.. try casting his 2 first. That way, when you do cast your 4th, time will already be frozen. *How to play Limbo* 1. Dash to enter void 2. Cast 2nd 3. Cast 4 4. Cast 3 on an enemy inside the bubble. If that enemy leaves the bubble the effect will spread to other enemies in range. That way, you and your teammates can *shoot* enemies that aren't in the bubble. 5. Profit

Yeah... in real mission application I found that my glass wall shatters very very quickly, since high health enemies are never around when I actually need them. Plus positioning is always wonky. I feel like Gara needs a few tweaks to her kit, and the duration to health nerf was indeed a big nerf to her def capabilies.

@@sams3493 as long as I'm not going up against nullifiers I rarely chave any prop I normally wait too get as many mobs as possible. Hell I'll jump into a swam and freez them all. Also I understand your armor mods effect wall too. I've done a 20 wave with one wall. Just come s down to knowing map and we work. Granted I've got lucky and Foze a whole eximis unit one time but with some planning she's a Beast and I'd take her over Frost and limbo anytime. Any mobile def. With infested or Gren. , She's like a god. Having good range and high ground helps too.

@@Branfaol1 The issue with her is you gotta take time to position yourself, on top of that (not trying to downplay by any means) but going to wave 20 isn't necessarily a testament to the frames defensive capabilities. Limbo and Frost are superior because they share two things in common, invulnerability and insta cast. Gaara takes time to put up the wall and it traverses the map so it takes time to get to where you need to be to get the most out of your ability, Frost instantly puts up a barrier where he is and Limbo has the option of putting up a barrier wherever he wants just by looking at the direction, he doesn't even need to be there. Once enemy scaling gets to the point of getting one shot, your wall is going to go down faster than you can put it up, effectively shutting you down completely and draining you of your energy because you can't keep spamming unless you have Trinity, which at that point you're dependant on another frame. Limbo is energy efficient due to his passive and can't have damage done to his cataclysm on top of freezing everything inside and Frost's bubble costs next to nothing along with his bubble health refresh and invulnerability for a few seconds upon cast makes him able to spam it to get a pseudo cataclysm type of effect. Gaara is okay don't get me wrong, but she's too inefficient to be compared to Frost and Limbo. Not only defensively, but Frost and Limbo blow Gaara out of the water with their CC abilities, and in endgame CC is king barring a few specific exceptions like Octavia who scale with the enemy therefore making her scale infinitely with the enemy.

Limbo is perfect frame to cheese through any Sortie Spy (except Kuva Fortress one), Rescue, Mobile defence and Sabotage missions. It's impossible to fail those missions when there's no Nullifiers regardless of Enemy Level.

@@a.garcha199 Still Limbo is superior due to his flexibility to handle sticky situations - i.e. can freeze all enemies in Cataclysm while in operator mode hack/interact whatever. Limbo is Energy independent. Limbo can also effectively pull aggro on him without taking any damage or being in danger. Also, Index fights become trivial with Limbo guarding "home base" or whatever it is called. Also, Limbo can freeze targets for scanning. A lot of flexibility in comparison to a flying cloud which actually has a limited use (it is situational).

I prefer Limbo over Frost for defense personally, because enemies can just walk into the snow globe and deal damage anyway. The ability is pretty reliant on the AIs stupidity. At least Limbo can keep enemies perpetually frozen in place. Nullifiers burst Frosts globe just as easily too. Might be an unpopular opinion, but I've always thought Frost was kinda overrated.

He didn't really show Rift Surge cause he doesn't know how to use that. Its Limbo's anti nullifier ability. Even if cataclysm gets popped, rift surge re-rifts everything that was in cataclysm to begin with.

Alternate way to play limbo: 1. Be in a squad with a streamer. 2. Pick a party member to constantly pull into the void. 3.??? 4. Content! I have a squad mate that does this during my streams and it's pretty hilarious.

Limbo doesn't go to another dimension, he moves through another dimension. He moves over an axis normal people can't move over. As result he gets on another plain of existence. The way he moves over that axis is by creating a rift portal. Basically he skips the moving over the axis and goes instant to the destination "the other plain". Spoiler for limbo quest: what Happened to limbo is he got stuck somewhere on that axis and as result he totally disappeared forever.

How to farm Toroid’s in 7 easy steps on Fortuna with limbo: 1: get in the rift. 2. Make the corpus angry. 3. Get 4 stars on the wanted level. 4. Go to one of the locations where Toroid’s can drop. 5. Get out of the rift and kill everything beside you, if low on energy you can go back in the rift to get energy. 6. T-bag the enemy’s when you get the amount of Toroid’s you want. 7. Repeat.

I personally did an offensive build with his third power augment, just modded him with the augment mod (obviously), stretch, prime continuity, streamline, (prime) flux, natural talent and strength mod (Umbra intensify, rage, power drift). With this build you just have to use 4th power then 3rd power (2 is recommended since with my build Limbo isn’t tanky at all). With this build you will often get at least 1000% bonus damage :)

9:40 you can cast your 2 and then 4 while being in the rift so they will be frozen directly without any encounters.

You play limbo all wrong. Nullifiers aren’t an issue even with a mid to max range bubble. The defense target can remain safe with the help of rift surge. If a bully pop frost bubble everything dies but limbo can keep enemies stasis with rift surge

Another way I often use him is to loot crates because his 4 can break them, so if you use max efficiency, range, and casting speed mods it works pretty well. I don't know if there's a better way to do this though... People say equinox is good, but for that you need to stack a little bit of damage first.

you don't want vitality, nor any defence other than maybe quick thinking, how you should play limbo its to have a small bubble with high duration and stay OUTSIDE the bubble but stay in the realm ( so enemies cant never touch you ) and you shoot what it's INSIDE the bubble form OUTSIDE the bubble. This only work in mobile defence, because in every other mode, a teammate will just be piss because it slows down their killing speed. This is how to play limbo 2019.

Well there is a build with something like 20% duration and decent range (90% or so) for going out killing enemies without even getting out the rift with 1-3. And the 1 last 5 or 6 seconds, that way your teamkiddos won't scream as much.

Inquisitor Ichijou if you lower the range of the bubble and pump up the duration, it’ll make any mobile defense in the game a cake walk. Just drop the bubble on the objective and pop your 2. Watch a KZbin vid or something while you wait for the next objective

So I'm running a Hydra defence mission the other day. Just so you know my Cata range is about 50-60 not too big for a defence. And this Trinty player told me, "Limbo Stop freezing the enemies in your bubble or nobody gets power, better yet just leave" ....... LMAO, I stasis and banished the majority of the enemies for two stages without using cataclysm. "Host migration"

The aura also helps give allies energy. Run zenurik and energy siphon to spam bubbles often instead of waiting 5 minutes in the rift to fill your energy.
