To hunt a eidolon 1- Find lures (yellow big drones in Grineer bases) (you need at least 1 to stop him from teleporting and 2 to capture) 2- Fill lures with vomvalysts "souls things" (just kill one near the the lure) 3- Attack eidolon using amp 4- Destroy each part 5- ??? (kill the eidolon) 6- Profit

one charged lure is enough to stop it from porting and two lures for capture.

for the Teralyst you only require 2 fully charged lures to capture and 1 to prevent teleporting, is the other 2 that require 3 lures.

I'd recommend using radiation crit on the weapon because the eidolon is really weak to radiation . Nataruk should work fine for the weapon.

Fist time Eidolon hunting SUCKS once you got a decent amp (and search about the basic rules) it's easier

Even a basic “111” amp is a million times better than the mote. Also madurai focus school boosts amp damage

They usually do hunt’s as a team. A lot of people can’t kill an eidelon solo.

It's actually kinda hard (and long) even using good amps and weapons if you don't have experience. And that makes worse when dealing with tridolons, i only managed to do it once after a lot of tries and a few dead eidolons

Aura mods are the mods that add drain rather than taking it up like steel charge or rifle amp etc.

Yeah, I can't Eidolon Hunt without a squad, it's pretty difficult. Most people who can solo them have absurd shit that takes forever to get, so unfortunately you aren't all that close to Killing, let alone Capturing, an Eidolon completely on your own. Edit: While difficult for someone new to it, it's possible to do Teralyst solo. It's the other two after that require WAY more grinding and set-up work to do, especially since they're each more difficult than the last. So I think you could pull of a solo hunt for the Teralyst you fought, but you definitely aren't doing all 3, Teralyst, Gantulyst, and Hydrolyst. (which I should also let you know that specifically doing all 3 is referred to as a Tridolon Hunt)

Dont worry about the first eidolon hunt going tits up for you. Even thoguh its something you can do pretty early, its still very much a late game thing. Its basically like doing a raid boss in other MMOs. When it got put into the game, it was THE endgame, there wasnt any steel path, or duviri, or Deimos or Albrecht labs stuff, and both the amps and arcanes came along with it, so everybody had to start it off like that with basic stuff. Difference was we all grouped up with friends or random parties which made it go a lot easier. Unfortunately for you you dont really have that same luxury since most played have moved on from Eidolons, but if youre lucky you may find somebody in the chat who can solo hunt and willing to do hunt carries for you.

haven't felt like doing anything so I am sad I missed the recent streams. Also, usually people go for capturing the eidolons which involves an extra step where u find those kind of adorable looking big robot things that are just sitting by grineer camps, and kill them and hack them so they slurp up any vomvalysts u kill. When they had enough vomvalysts they'll be charged and can secure two parts of the eidolon. Secure all of them to be able to capture the eidolon when u kill it

For the POE clock, I would suggest having the POE clock website or just keeping a mental note its roughly an hour and 45 minutes before night cycles around again. Also if you need help with eidolon hunts I'll be glad to help.

The first time I tried eidolon hunting, I watched a yt video on how to and unfortunately for me I tried open squad. I got into a team with a sweaty volt that basically started yapping on how useless I am and how I'm ruining his run😂. All I was doing was hit the thing with my amp to drop the shields since he had the lures already there. Like don't run public then dude. I've never come across a toxic Warframe player until then and I never tried it until I got gear to try it solo

I'm really looking forward to the damage and armour changes. I hope by making full armour strip in SP less of a necessity it'll open a lot of build options and revitalize some of the older (and weirder) weapons. That new game mode, though...as someone who is parkour challenged at the best of times I expect to fall a lot, lol.

Nice video, just gonna give you a tip about eidolons: Eidolon hunting can be very very confusing for newer people to the game mode. Before you try hunting one, id recommend building an amp from parts sold by Quill Onkko (funky guy in the special cave) The three parts id recommend for your first amp are Raplak prism, Pencha Scaffold and Capkra brace. Each are 1,000 standing and require rank 1 (which you already are) once you get to rank 4 you can get a better brace called lohrin brace you will want to level this amp up (through normal missions killing enemies which does suck a little) once levelled up you can Guild your amp which will increase some base stats of the amp raplak prism is a good prism as it it like a sniper rifle shot that has high crit chance and good base damage once this is done it will make your first teralyst hunt much easier compared to mote amp hope this helps :)

To solo eidolons it takes an actual setup...you're ginna want to do the first few with a squad so you can learn the mechanics/read a guide or watch 1 if you dont want to go that route
