15:25 I wanted the wargrey off board to be safe cause if I left it there, it probably would've hurt jes x effect on GX put me at 17k and i needed to top deck the gankoo to get over which thankfully I did side note: tj's on the right track, the playing a sister to reduce digivolve cost is 1-2 more expensive than just going up normally, imo that's just a bonus effect if you have a second stack out
