I know not everyone is a fan of the slow motion in the beginning. I did not want my video to be this way, I didnt have much of a choice though. The main issue...For some unkown reason if you put more troops in the game than there is room in a line across the map the AI will bunch its men up on the edges of the map, Im talking 10 stacks of troops in the same space as 1 stack of troops. Look to the right side at 3:22 That is the edge of the map, and all those troops in that scene are moving out into "regular spacing" This happens on both sides of the map, and due to them all being so close together and needing to spread out (much like spawning a ton of NPCs in 1 spot in other games) they were causing my computer to run slow and my pc didnt catch up until the ladders hit the wall. This is why the beginning is in slow motion. I know that isnt the only slow motion in the movie, but i think that is what is tipping the scale for those who didnt like it. As always, I enjoy the feedback, good and bad.

bates Beckham Wow..wow...wow...a massive congratulations and THANKYOU for thus video. This is the first of your videos I've ever seen and I was b..loan away!! I've never seen such great/amazing camera angles like that before, being used in a TW2 video replay like yours, so good. And the music, brilliant use for the right scenes and fantastic editing. Wholly crap man I was amazed and loved it! To be honest, wheb I saw the length of the vid, I thought it was going to be a gameplay replay with a guy talking over the top like you always see, so I did not expect to see a replay movie. Other replay movies I've seen have been good, but no where near your standard. Well done, respect for the amount of time you put into it and you have a new fan and subscriber. Cheers ;-)

Seeing videos like this reminds me why I do love those Total War titles like this, when someone of talent actually uses it to weave such a narrative tapestry of war it makes it so glorious all over again. You did a great a great a job with his one mate, cinematic as all hell. Your use of beasts in particular is just phenomenal with the flight of the eagles and dragon vs hydra sequences shining out for me. I know the animations in Warhammer can be a bit janky too so actually getting this many great shots must have taken a lot of work, props for conquering that. I've said it before but I'm glad this channel exists and I happened to come upon it, you have a real cinematic eye for this and I wish you further success stranger.

@Un-broken and victorious Considering I'm terrified of snakes, and a hydra is kinda like 5 rattlesnakes put together, seeing the dragon slay 2 in this battle was very rewarding. The elven infantry is far better that the dark elven one, and the phoenix guard look cool af as well.

When those Dark Elves were climbing the walls, I remembered Gandalf's mission in the LOTR ROTK video game where there was 2d orcs running around in a loop as the backdrop, while now specifically at the 6:27, and 7:01 shot, it's clear and not a backdrop, times have certainly become better. Thank you, Yea I charged them in for the cinematic purposes, then tried to pull them all back but they raged and became "out of control" and would no longer take orders. Im not sure if you play or not, so I am just sharing incase you dont, but the out of control part its a mechanic in the game, I tried really hard to pull them back though lol.
