One thing that gets to me, if I have to be nit picky, if every enemy weapon, blade or bullet, pierce the Space Marine armour so easily, what is the use of having it? Don't get me wrong, I really really like playing Space Marines, I don't play anything else, but there is a reason to wear armour.

What's the point of wearing modern day ballistic armor if armor penetrating rounds can pierce it? You're talking about Eldar, btw. The only race with the possible exception of the Tau who have far superior weaponry compared to space marines. Space marines can shrug off most weapon fire that would kill any Imperial Guardsman. A single chapter of Space Marines could probably fuck up the entire US army.

Not everything pierces the armour, that's just mostly eldar and small things that use that, the only reason the orks are cutting through the Marines armour is because of their bullshit warp sorcery that makes them both smarter and stronger when in numbers

These trailers do the space marines an injustice. Makes them look like terrible fighters. Halo spartans kick more ass in their cutscenes.
