For me the ones I can't do without are No Hud mod, no player outline mod and enemy outlines mod, for letting the opacity to very low so I can still see what enemies allies are pointing at. Caveat, you can't use "point at" for anything else than highlighting a special and you don't see when people point out ammo or w-e but I don't mind that, the added immersion is so very much worth it

Unfortunately the third person mod requires another (DynamicCrosshair) to stabilize, but it is unfortunately imprecise. For precision weapons I generally configure to toggle the first person to avoid bugs. To do this, just watch my videos first person to see the difference.
