Didn't help that every time he moved a baneblade one of our friends would play the Dawn of War sound clip, so every turn you'd hear "IT IS THE BANEBLADE" about 20 times

You know what i like about this ship. Its ability to dwarf relatively large turrets. People always say that they are impressed by Saurons ( i believe ) SSD how it makes its turrets almost unnoticable . Yea but those are 1x1 in size , maybe 3x3 in some cases. This thing makes 5x5 Assault cannons look like PDC , and the proper Flak cannon PDC i could find at first glance until Arron was something like 10 m from it. This ship is truly king of the hill and if properly equiped with large 40k weapons (cant remember the name of the mod) and shields it can take on other large ships or a fleet of ISD and beat the crap out of them. Apart from that space station thing. That thing wins by crashing SE.

Thing is, it's not even to scale. To scale this would be a frigate or destroyer at best. Those are about the size of an ISD anyway. 40K battleships are more like SSDs. The bigger ones.

@Astral Dragon3049 Neither do other races. Just consider Space Hulks (ok, special case) or Craftworlds or whoever built that Dyson Spere that was on the map in one of Tyranid Codexes. 40K doesn't do small in general. I mean even on the ground we have titans and Leviathon C0mmand Tanks.

Imagine using this as a start, with NPC mods like Orks and Reavers: Your team has discovered a massive unpowered hulk, and to recover it you have to get to the main reactor and turn it back on. All you start with is some uranium to fuel up the ship, so no cheating by trying to build batteries to jump start the Divine Right, and the DR would be Depowered so you couldn't just go into the control panel and turn things on.

well - since you asked, I've been painting minis since I was a child and Im middle aged now started 40k with the big blue book, worked for GW as an artist about 20 years ago, over the years I've collected and painted dark angels, space puppies, chaos, guard, eldar, nids and Tau. I don't get a game very often these days and I stopped buying the rules at 4th edition - maybe a couple of games a year, but I still paint when the mood takes me. This ship sums up 40k nicely.. over sized, over powered, gothic styles. Great work to the builder, the statues really make this ship perfect.

the reason why it proply hollow is so when you ram ships in 40k its usually to board. most empire ships have some kind of breaching setup at front. the red floor section inside at front of ship had a boarding look to it

Nope , it's just because it uses too much pcu in game , I tried the ship it's 389k pcu and adding more dumb-weight will just slow the ship even further.For Inworld lore , the Imperial navy have the FF . Boarding actions -lightning strike -Boarding gunship -Boarding pods. Ramming is for the fuck of it , sometimes when a ship is about to die in 40k they tend to use ramming as a last resort or to run away from multiple ships infront of them before detonating the Warp engines.

The front wedge is not actually meant for ramming, it's supposed to be heavy armor, protecting most of the ship's frontal profile. The little spear thing below it is however meant for ramming.

Just a minor thing, but I find the part where he says 7:18 "We got a blast door here to keep the navigator safe" While in truth the blast doors were there to keep the rest of the crew safe from the navigator.

There is a similar ship on Xbox but a lot smaller for obvious reasons, but I think it was made by the same person because it has some similarities. Almost perfect, how ever they both share the same issues. 1. It’s hollow, 2. Is likely made of light armor. Edit: Not as hollow as I thought, also the turrets need to be replaced with the current ai controller.
