Great idea doing 40k lore videos! You'll never run out of topics for videos and it won't take as long as reading a whole book. I've listened to your narrations for a while now. I really like your voice for narration, especially for the Warhammer vampire novels. It just fits the grim dark tone of the Warhammer worlds so well and creates an atmosphere I can zone into. I've also consumed most of the Warhammer 40k content out there and have the following suggestions for your new project. There's so much to cover so you have to break it up in a way you can progress through the topics without having to make 20 videos. A short series might take 4 or 5 videos (a lot of work!) to explore a topic so try planning how long to spend on each. The Emperor, the Imperium of Man, Primarchs, Astartes and the Horus Heresy are the most popular topics. The human story is the most complete and entertaining, the story behind the other races just isn't as good. My favorite two types of video are Story Videos - The best lore videos are about 20-30 minutes long but don't get stuck in the details and just cover the big story behind the 40k world. Specific Videos - Another great style of video is about 10 minutes crammed full of lists of the many facts about one specific topic, say the weapons used by one army and their vehicles in the next 10 min video. Make troops and equipment separate from the story. Once you've made a few videos you'll want them to fit together nicely and have a plan how to end one topic and transition smoothly to the next. Also have you heard about LibriVox? librivox.org/ People volunteer to narrate books that are free for public consumption. If you want to continue narrating you could do that with them and also put it up on youtube

More or less the birth of Slaanesh happened. Giant warp storm engulfed the galaxy. Access to many worlds of the "Stellar Federation" was cut off and many were left unable to fend for themselves and/or ran out of resources. Add to that those worlds being invaded by Orks and worse xenos and you can see a lot of them didn't make it.

Do you know what book I need to read where the emperor fights Horace and kills him , where the vengeful Spirit lowers its Shield and the emperor teleports aborted with sanguineus? Can anybody please tell me what book this is and the Horus heresy

I think the novel you are speaking about is actually called "The Vengeful Spirit" It is book 29 in the series by Graham McNeil.

The wikia. The Emperor was supposedly a child at this stage. This is hinted at in the novel "Master of Mankind" too.
