Undead are okay underwater. A thuggy bane with some wight bodyguards and maybe some longdead could be the answer.

Any major difference between bone nose and black crag?

Their sacred infantry are very different, bone nose has a h3 and air mages, black crag has better earth and death access. Their troop lineups are different
