Best thing gotrex said...prob obly tume he said how boss felix is...he is told by a dwarf how they should leave the manling behind..and gotrex just says how he wouldnt have anyone behind is back and how felix killed more then days the drawf lived...

Great video. Just my two cents, The vision from arek daemonclaw in the second part with the dawi lord. I always saw that part has gotrek arguing with the lord of his land for an army to revenge his family but the lord telling him it'd be impossible or something like that,then dismissing him, leading to gotrek killing the lord and those defending him for refusing.

Really wish we could have gotten to see their adventures in the far East. Huge missed opportunity if you ask me. Also, I only found your channel because I was looking for a Gotten and Felix audio book. So make of that what you will.

Back when the series was going and then stopped after Zombieslayer, I kept waiting for at least one spinoff novel in the far east. Unfortunately we only got the Tomb Kings one.

Never get the books in my hands, but meet them as the NPC in tavern in Aldorf (game Warhammer Age of Reckoning ). They kicked my ass (Chosen maxl lvl and rr 70).

Gotrek son of Gurni, The Slayer. Sometimes called by other members of the Brotherhood of Grimnir as "the Doom Thief" The Worst Slayer evah. Felix Jaeger, Manling, Dawongi(The Dwarf-friend in khazalid) Gurnisson's "rememberer Heroes, adventurers, wagabonds, the only memebers of the infamous "Sewer Watch" of the City-State of Nuln, kicked out from the ranks of this noble organization.

One question.. is there a introduction part with the duel and the window tax riots? I m asking because i saw here that in this video there were more details then in the novels. I m curently at beast slayer..

As far as I know, no. The duel and the riots were always stuff that already happened.

I am on road of skulls right now. I find it harder to get into it. It hasn’t followed zombie slayer properly as far as I can tell. Is it considered a stand alone?

Its true. I always thought the saga ground to a halt after Zombieslayer. There's been 2 anthologies after it and 2 standalone spinoffs and none of them continued the story. Eventually the series finished with the last 2 novels resuming the saga but it was never the same to me.

He has a score to settle with Gotrek and Felix A fan of gotrek and felix? Nope ,not me! I just listen to them' 'cause i have nothing better to do with my time,not that i enjoy them or anything. BTW Felix is not a womaniser. One gf per book , when he faces death constantly, is only natural. Most of the time its not he who initiates the affair. Big blond mysterious stranger...I fear some ladies take advantage of his naivete about women. The 20 year gap is explainable in universe. The paths of the old ones, or whatever it was that he and gotrek went through with teclis. Time moves differently in other worlds. I'm no tat all sure the place they ended up ,was on the same world ,much less in the same universe, with the world of their birth. Need i say I'm steamed that Pointy eared dilettante Teclis ,ends up a god in Age of sigmar , while gotrek and felix simply vanish? Not even demigods? Is GW dwarvephobic?
