Warhammer Vermintide 2 - Why you should play

I've played over 5k hours on PS and restarted a few months ago on Xbox. Give it time. When you can easily play through Cata with bots or solo clutch for your downed team, you'll truly understand what a gem this game is lol. GG.

I agree. Also, besides being so atmospheric and just beautiful to watch and immersive, due to the fact that it randomly generates the mobs on every mission it makes for some incredible scenarios. Case and point: yesterday we were just finishing a blightreaper mission, and as we were descending the stones towards the "Teleportation Monolith" to finish the mission, I KID YOU NOT, a rattling gunner appears from right behind the monolith (dunno if he just spawned there or was behind it and we couldnt see him) but literally walked in front from behind it, opened fire on us, and as soon as he did that, two assassin's jumped us from behind. A proper ambush....literally. You'd think something like that is scripted. The fact that it just happened randomly, makes it so much more amazing.

@@GamesMakeMeMad It almost feels like it cheats at times but once you put in the work, you realize it is never unfair and you can always, with correct play, win. It makes for a very rewarding experience that doesn't get old for me.

Thrilled to see this and I just couldn't agree more (esp. the clutch, it feels so good) - just got to the point that I'm able to hold my own on Cata and the players I get to team up with are absolute MASTERS. Thrilling experience.
