Very small thing but the Gryph-Hound that comes with the Lord-Imperetant is on a 28mm base I believe. Gryph-Hounds for Warcry should be on 40mm bases.

So i believe that the imperatant shooting the signifier is a disallowed move , hed need to be 3 inches away from the signifier AND have no range limit to range attacks .

Always use the universal Rampage on a quad, especially a high one - thats + 2 activations on your biggest fighter! Thats what the lord should have used. And yes you can absolutely change a triple to a quad!

In terms of the confusion around using wild dice to create a quad - you absolutely can turn a triple in to a quad, but where the confusion may be coming from is that you can't use 2 wild dice on the same set i.e. you can't turn a double in to a quad by adding two wild dice to the double, which is stated somewhere in the rulebook and may be what you remember reading
