To fly, you need to find all the "aether currents" with the compass you get. And complete all the side quest in that specific area with a green Dimond as the quest reward . In other words if the side quest has a little picture when you talk to the npc you might want to complete it

@wcamicase_gaming haha yeah just a bit. Though I may be wrong because I heard they reworked a lot of the beginning and first expantion to make things easier for new players. Hope you guys are enjoying the game and story
