Warkhi samosa
For dough
* 180 gm or 1 n 1/4 cup. All purpose flour
* Pinch of salt
* 3 tbsp desi ghee
* Water as needed
For feeling ( this measurement is only for 2-3 samosa)
* 3 tbsp grated coconut
* 3 tsp sugar
* 1 tbsp almond pistachio mix powder
* 1 tbsp almond flakes
* 1 tbsp pistachio flakes
* 1 tsp chironji ( charoli )
1 type Paste for layering original recipe ( with rice flour )
* 3 tbsp ghee
* 3 tbsp rice flour
== NOTE SOME TIMES RICE FLOUR IS NOT GOOD LAYERS WILL NOT GOING TO TURN OUT GOOD N YOUR WORK N PRODUCT WILL GO WASTE ==
2 type layering ( cornflour)witch i used in my recipe
* 3 tbsp desi ghee
* 3 tbsp cornflour
Colour ( optional)
* red
* Green
Note : in this measurement of roll you can 7-8 samosa
