Warm Spinach Salad

This brings me way back, as a waiter in the late 80's I first learned how to cook this at a table side restaurant called Cocoa Cabana in Cocoa Beach Florida. We did about a dozen different classic dishes, caesar & hot spinach salad's, grouper dijon, steak diane, steak au poivre, veal francaise were a few and of course deserts, bananas foster, cherries jubilee, crepe suzette and flaming coffee's. Those were the days, you don't see many table side restaurants anymore. Thanks Jack

Great job Chef 👨🏻‍🍳. Nothing better than a classic spinach salad. You bring back fond memories of when I was learning how to cook on Long Island in the 80s from the old school chefs. I miss those times but I still cook that way at home. I would love to bring my wife to visit you someday. Maybe next time we vacation in nyc
