Warm Springs, Nevada ... Raw Footage @ US-6 and Route 375 Extraterrestrial Highway..

Abandoned old ranches, houses, bar and natural warm spring swimming hole. Free range cattle that just walk across Rt. 375 while going 80mph have plenty of water and gas cause there's nothing around but desert....

know this place well-know the owners--used to have a shed with a carved out tub by the creek--in the 70ties the restuarant was still open--my kids,wife have used this many times--too many drunk fools have messed this up--the water used to be a lot warmer--there is a refinery 56 miles up the road- have been trucking this area for almost 50 years---my drivers have seen strange things in the sky--myself just the drones that fly out of cheech and groom lake(area 51)--best chance to see weird stuff in the sky is around Base Camp at mile post 60 but only at night--if a lot of pick ups around they will be doing stuff at night--the water in hot spring is no different than any other hot spring----there is no more radiation in Nv than any other place--Calif has the highest readings--if you ask the owner(they own the ranch at twin springs) they will say ok but if you get harrassed just say what that other couple said you harrassed ...your a control freak--the owners do let people hang there--it used to be a resort--the owners live about 30 miles down the road on et hiway--have a huge ranch

Thanks for the info... yeah there was a couple with 2 dogs living there they said the owners said it was ok for them ?? I asked if I could just take a short video before it's history was lost to time and they said yes.. So my son and myself just checked the place out and left... In the early 1980's I and 5 others claimed a stake about 10 miles up the mountain from Warm Springs, hoping to find gold. We spent a fair amount in Warm Springs at the cafe and took baths in the small building where a "bathtub" was carved out of stone and the warm water flowed over us...we also ate at the cafe and made calls to our families from the pay phone in the cafe. Great memories!

We used to swim in here in the 1970s on our way to the Bonneville salt flats to go racing... Definitely was not fenced off back then.. would be above 100° in the desert however when you got out of the hot springs you actually felt cool...

Yeah it was a nice place years ago and great place to grab a burger.... There was a couple squatting in the place and said the owner said it was alright ?? be well.

Ya right I think was still going strong through the 70's now there was a couple living in it in 2020.. Beautiful area to have a something cause isn't nothing around for miles n miles n miles .. be well MB ..

Great video thanks for the upload! Sucks that now it's not so welcoming anymore with all the no trespassing signs everywhere but since the place is all over KZbin it was just a matter of time. I always laugh at the comments where people are saying Danger Will Robinson don't swim in the water because it's radioactive and full of toxic chemicals. Well I've been in that pool and still alive! 🤣

I have been there years ago. It would be a great place to buy dump 50 million into and build a hotel. I bet the night sky is amazing. So far away from Vegas.
