The Titanicus models overall are incredible. The detail present is second to none, and the assembly process is rather advanced. These aren't like 40k or AoS where they have merged single-pose and snap-fit with multi-part customization. The Titanicus kits are very involved, and if you aren't careful, you can get "locked out" of certain pieces fitting.

I think you should invest in some poster putty for dryfitting your dynamic poses. :P Edit: how'd you make the little banner things? Easily bent and snipped metal strips?

I prefer the look of the iconoclast compared to its sister variant

Visually it's very appealing, however when you find out they have flamethrowers up on the shoulders it kinda throws a wrench in the design choice. Granted, only a crazed magos could find of a good reason to put a flamethrower the furthest place from any enemy to realistically face it.

Is this in Titanicus scale or regular?? I can't tell which one?

Titanicus

Ive been told that the titanicus models are slightly to small to be a 40k knight and to big to be an armiger (babyknight) is this correct?
@Mcinnester2 жыл бұрын
Titanicus scale knights are somewhere between the size of a terminator and centurion. The warhounds are smaller than an armiger, the reavers are slightly smaller than a 40K scale armiger, and the warlords are "a shoulder" taller than said armiger. This warmaster much taller and is roughly the same height as a questoris knight.

Is that brass or bronze on the blastgun ?

Fell asleep to your build vid of this knight. That's not a bad thing lol. Generally, how expensive can paints and accessories get? I've never painted a single mini in my life. Everything I've done has been gunpla type stuff so pre-colored pieces.
@thedyingmeme62 жыл бұрын
Its pretty expensive. A knight (NOT Titanicus) is $170~ US. Paints I believe are somewhere between 2 and 5$. (I got some pots for $4.45 at a 3rd party store, and I don't remember how much they are at a GW store)

If you're just starting you can commit heresy and buy craft acrylics. They're thicker and larger pigment grains, so you probably won't win any prizes or get to do much layering, but they're like a dollar a bottle and you get more of it in a bottle. You can also get minis cheaper on eBay for practice, and/or get 3D prints of other models before spending a bunch on official GW stuff.

Looks like an ok model but it stands out from the rest of the range in the worst possible way, at least for me. The Outer Circle has a break down I mostly agree with on the subject. Give me a true Imperiator, only then will I praise GW for their work. Edited.
