What makes Chad such an incredible drummer is his ability to LISTEN!
@ProfessionalsProfessional5 күн бұрын
I keep coming back to this video. The engineer is top notch and gets the best sound out of these world class musicians. The quality of production is insane.

Not a collective I’d ever thought I’d see, but I liked how stripped down and laid back it was. Other musicians that play with Corey try to match his intensity and creativity. That lead to everything feeling over powered. So much room to breathe here. Watch, listen and learn other bands. This was well done.

What a groove! The bass is perfectly in the pocket (and that tone!). The organ is so tasty. These guys rule.

These guys are lucky like me to have my #majikband producer and engineer Tom Syrowski turning the knobs and moving those faders. Thanks to warm for including him in this project. He is amazing. Like a brother and bandmate to us. He makes our records shine. Anyone else want to give up some love for Tom.

This is a serious lesson on how to groove and how to play a Hammond B3 organ! The bass player has his work cut out for him but he's pretty good too. Chad has it right down and Cory is the master.

Cory Henry plays with Snarky Puppy. This "jam" is how he just warms up before warming up.
@brandonlbartlett27 күн бұрын
Cory has been doing his own thing for a long time now. He sat in for a couple songs with them during a show in late 23 or early 24 (I can't remember), but its been YEARS since he's been an active member. He wasn't involved at all in empire central. The funk apostles are a GREAT show, and his Church album is fantastic if you like hammond based gospel music

Well guys, you tried! All tight as F, might have missed a 2nd 5th rise that could have been a 3rd and an elevator and.. but hey you're trying to grrove with Cory Henry - he's from a a different special planet! Chad was on it.
