Great advice. I like the comfortable dubbed narrative style, it's much more listenable than racquetball echo chamber narration. Great ending! :)

Love this warmup. I also love how you knocked the shiznit off that ball as your final clip.

Hey Rocky, new racquetball player here and I came from tennis. The hardest thing for me is keeping the ball low without skipping. Do you have any tips?

Good advice Rock. I will incorporate into my routine. Do you have a recommendations for a situation that involves a court with two players warming up at the same time. Happens most of the time in situations I am in.

Angel Rodriguez, remember that you can hit both forehand and backhand shots from either side of the court. I like to carry an extra ball or two in the pocket of my shorts on the non dominant side so that if I lose a ball into the competitor's space I can just drop another and drive on. Tandem warmup can be annoying but it can also be a great opportunity to see how your opponent reacts to changes in proximity between players and what shots he may be either featuring or struggling to hit. This is also the time to establish a tone for the match. Are you going to be super serious, loud, or maybe lighthearted. There's no place for poor sportsmanship, but a little psychological gaming is absolutely fair play.
