What an absolute delight to watch this video, and all your videos. Thank you so much for sharing. You remind me of my early days in the 1970s when I was growing organic food and drying things to preserve, and make my own tease, and make my own bread.I still do much of that. There really is such a wonderful, quiet joy in using things you’ve made yourself. Perhaps it’s the honesty and integrity of using natural ingredients that mother nature has given us. I look forward to future videos from you and wish you good health and happiness for you and your family.

Love this! Thought at first, from the landscape, that you were based on Quadra island ❤. In any case, your videos are so gorgeous and calming-love the shots, music, the lighting. Much love from an Albertan (who once lived on the island) 🥰

A happy new year to you as well 💜 This did bring a touch of warmth on a chilly drizzly day. Just the thought of a cup of a special tea crafted with love while enjoying your Dutch Baby warms the very heart and soul. Your chickens are a huge blessing. Fresh eggs in the winter, and in abundance, seems almost unheard of. And the way they follow you was precious to see. Thank you for all the wonderful suggestions and recipes. 💜🐔

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your videos. Do you have a dehydrator and if you don't how do you make apple and orange chips?
@wild_inthe_woods15 күн бұрын
That means so much, thank you for taking the time to say that! 🥰 Yes, I do have dehydrators, however, I did the orange slices in the oven the night before this video. You can do the same with apples too, just place them on a baking sheet with parchment and put them in the oven at the lowest temperature. You may even want to crack the door slightly. Leave them for a few hours, checking and rotating them regularly. I hope you enjoy the teas. Take care, and chat soon. ☺️
