Thanks for the info it was very helpful. I don't know why these kit don't come with that pulley ... Plastic pulley is scrap and doesn't last more than one usage.

Scott, wow, great informative video. Thank you. I have a 2021 Honda Rubicon coming next month and the Honda dealer is installing the Honda/Warn winch for me (Honda P/N 08L71-HL5-A02). Is this the same winch that you have featured in your video, but just rebranded for Honda? My winch will come with the steel cable. Can I use the same pulley upgrade with the steel cable or do I have to switch to synthetic? Lastly, Honda/Warn also feature the 54” plow (Honda P/N 08L76-HR3-A21), the push tube (Honda P/N 08L77-HR3-A21) and the mount (Honda P/N 08L77-HR3-A21). Do you know if these are all just the same Warn Provantage components? Is one or the other better to go with? Thanks so much for any guidance you can provide.

Would you suggest using rope or wire if mainly using your winch for plowing? I have a can am and the battery set up for these warn winches doesn’t seem to hold up to the winch plus the wire constantly breaking at the hook when I need it the most. Any advice would be greatly appreciated I’m new to this whole thing

you can’t put the pulley on the top hole because the lever attaches to that hole that allows you to angle the plow blade to the left and right. What’s your solution for that?

Great video! Have a 2021 grizzly 700 and installed the warn provantage plow 60inch blade. The first use the plastic pulley cracked. Thank you for this informative video! Ordering today! My atv came standard with a warn winch. Steel braided rope. Do you recommend a different rope for plowing?

While synthetic rope may tolerate plowing abuse a bit better than steel, when we use a two line lift, we don't see much rope wear with either type.
