Great Box to be grabbed, without any doubt but if my memory doesn't play tricks on me.. Only 2 films on that "DeLuXe" Box are Warner Films (Casablanca and Rebel) the rest, 2 are Metro and Kane was a RKO picture. In a little confused in here, Being the Golden Box called.. Warner Brothers 100th years . Anyway, I enjoyed watching your Video. Keep on posting and Greetings from Spain

@@nocoture actually, while "The Wizard of Oz" is an MGM movie, the rights belong to Turner Entertainment Company, which bought MGM originally in 1986. Turner owns the pre-1986 MGM film library. Time Warner merged with Turner Entertainment in 1996. MGM currently is owned by Amazon and they are the owners of the MGM film library post-Turner purchase

Also Citizen Kane was a film by RKO and Singin in the Rain is another MGM film.

WB did Singing in the rain, Citizen Kane and Casablanca as 4k box sets nicer presentations of the films I got those. I have the 4k of Wizard of Oz standalone and have pre ordered Rebel out on 17th Apr. So I’m passing on this set.

I have the 30 film set which comes with all these films and all the films that are on the the stand-alone sets apart from two films I like the fact you get Blu-ray on these ones but I'm not really bothered as I own some of them on Blu-ray anyway bedtime glad you're happy with your purchase it was agony waiting for the 30th set seeing these stand-alone sets come out first

It’s a big investment, but the 30 movie set does equate to £10 a movie. But yeah, I don’t see it staying at £300 for long. It’ll likely drop to £250 or even less in the Black Friday sales I bet

I got the 30 film set it is expensive but it's only £10 a film plus you get pins and other extras there is an unboxing on my channel

Expensive set. The packaging looks flimsy and not as solid as the Indicator or Second Sight slipcases with much thicker cardboard. Considering your paying significant money for this set, Warner's could've done what Indicator and Second Sight do with the packaging. If you haven't got the 4K's of these releases, then maybe it's worth buying.

1930s-50s this set should have covered with the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, 2010s and 2020-2022 separate sets

Are the blu rays and 4k discs identical to each other and are the blu rays Region B locked? I prefer these to the U.S. releases.

i like to collect 4k movies, but here in the states we got bluray release boxsets. Im not going to spend 400$ for blurays... These boxsets look better to me, but I already got most of these movies, so its not really tempting for this or that £300 version...

Exactly. I think most movie collectors likely already have these movies as individual releases. A very strange move by Warner Bros to bring these sets out 🤔
